Job Description

Silverchain Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in‐home care for older Australians in Port Macquarie and nearby areas, two days per week with some travel. You'll join a supportive team focused on safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include wound and catheter care, chronic disease management, and administering medications, with robust communication to families and other clinicians to optimise outcomes.
