The Role:

n

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
n
- Processing tenancy applications
n
- Handling enquiries from prospective tenants
n
- Scheduling the inspection run
n
- Issuing entry notices
n
- Managing enquiries
n
- Liaising with tenants
n
- Key management
n
- Assisting the property managers with ad-hoc tasks
n

n

The Candidate:

n

n
- 6-12 months Real Estate experience in a similar role
n
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
n
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
n
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Must be energetic & have a can-do attitude!
