Centre for Non-Violence is seeking a Clinical Practice Lead to strengthen therapeutic services and lead reflective practice across our family violence programs in the Loddon region. You will guide clinical governance, supervise practitioners, and translate learning into service improvements that enhance safety and outcomes for children, adults and families.

You will apply trauma-informed and feminist approaches, support senior leaders, and contribute to ongoing development through supervision,
