Job Description

SB Recruitment is seeking a Call Centre Officer for a 6-month contract based in the Sydney CBD. You will handle high-volume phone enquiries, process applications and data across systems, and maintain precise records while supporting the team with admin duties.

Ideal candidates bring at least 12 months in a call centre, solid communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently. Government sector exposure is a plus.
