In the role of Agribusiness Manager 1 , you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team in Moree that’s doubling down on customer obsession and owning it.

In this Agribusiness Banking Manager 1 role, you will:

- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market
- Implement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key agribusiness broker partners
- Implement strategic business plans and drive competitive sales and income campaigns
- Assess economic value and risk potential of current business opportunities




- Personally sanction lending within authority and prepare business lending proposals for larger transactions

What you will bring:

- An established network within the broker industry.
- Robust negotiating skills.
- Drive and tenacity.
- Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
- Passion for relationship management.
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Agribusiness Banker role preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness banking and/or credit assessment.
