The Hills Shire Council is seeking an HR & Wellbeing Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR systems, WHS, reporting and compliance. Reporting to the HR & Wellbeing Manager, this is an ideal role for an early-career HR qualified seeking hands-on experience in a close-knit team.
You will contribute across the full employee lifecycle, supporting the HR team with a wide range of activities and building strong relationships across Council and the community.
