Coppin Centre is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team. We are recruiting for candidates who are available to work Monday to Thursday, with consistent part-time opportunities available for the right candidate.
As a PCA, you will play a central role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. You'll work within a collaborative, supportive team to deliver high-quality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident's individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities.
- Complete accurate care documentation and reporting.
- Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing.
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team.
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Experience in aged care or health services (preferred)
- A compassionate, patient, resident-focused approach
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of person-centred care and dignity of risk
- Availability for afternoon shifts, including weekends
