Job Description

The client support and relationship-building role supports healthcare clients by assisting with workforce coordination, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring service quality, and helping resolve day-to-day staffing issues. The role works closely with recruiters, schedulers, and senior account managers to ensure client needs are met and shifts are filled effectively.

Key responsibilities

n

Act as a day-to-day contact for allocated clients

n

Build positive relationships with facility managers and rostering coordinators

n

Respond to client enquiries and staffing requests

n

Escalate complex issues to the Senior Account Manager or Operations Manager

n

Assist with client onboarding and service reviews

n

Liaise with recruitment and rostering teams to fill shifts

n





Monitor open shifts and assist with workforce coverage

n

Communicate staffing updates to clients

n

Support the management of urgent staffing requests

n

Maintain accurate CRM and client records

n

About you

n

1–2 years' experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, healthcare, or labour hire

n

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

n

Excellent organisation and time management

n

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

n

Confident building relationships over the phone and in person

n

Solutions-focused and able to remain calm under pressure
