MacKillop Family Services in Melbourne's east seeks an experienced Residential House Supervisor to lead a team delivering Out of Home Care. You will guide staff to provide protected, therapeutic care for children and young people with high needs, in a collaborative, trauma-informed framework.

You will supervise Residential Care Workers, coordinate with OoHC programs, and report to the Residential Coordinator, contributing to positive outcomes for families and communities.
