Job Description

Netflix Animation Studios in Sydney is seeking a seasoned Head of Characters to lead the character asset team across modeling, rigging, surfacing, and CFX. You will translate artistic concepts into production-ready 3D assets while balancing schedule, quality, and pipeline constraints.

You will collaborate with Directors, Production Designers, VFX Supervisors, and technical partners to define approaches, review builds, and mentor artists.
