We're currently working alongside a high-performing and largely established fire contractor who are now looking to hire an experienced Service Manager to run their service department.

This is a crucial position within the organisation where you'll be handed full autonomy to run things your way with support on hand whenever needed!

Job responsibilities & experience needed:

- You’ll be required to oversee the daily operation of a high-performing service department that consists of 20+ Technicians as well as a dedicated Field Supervisor and Service Coordinator
- Have financial responsibility for a P&L;,



provide accurate forecasts and attend budget meetings
- Liaise with high-profile clientele, oversee WIP and attend regular weekly/monthly client meetings
- You must have 1+ years of service management experience within the fire industry
- Must have robust people management skills and knowledge of all relevant industry standards
- Trade experience within the fire industry would be preferred but is not essential
