Role Snapshot:
- The Estimating function prices every Enduro Builders project from preliminary budget through to final contract.
- Estimators are responsible for producing accurate, well-scoped, and commercially sound estimates.
We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential construction estimation, ideally within a low to mid-size company.
- Passion for costing projects that will actually be built and the ability to work with the construction team on procurement processes to enact contractual terms.
- An ability to interpret engineering designs for costing and constructability purposes.
- A problem-solver who brings meticulous attention to detail and initiative.
- Strong communication skills with high level customer service expectations.
- Technological savvy, with a quick adaptability to recent software and systems.
- A genuine passion for sustainability and making a real difference through your work.
