Our client is looking for an Associate Strata Manager to join their professional Strata Management team in Perth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced strata professional or a strong property management professional looking to make the move into strata — to develop their skills, take on more responsibility and build a long-term career in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing You'll work alongside experienced Strata Managers, supporting the management of an allocated portfolio and getting involved in:

- Strata administration and portfolio management
- Owner, tenant and stakeholder enquiries
- Maintenance, contractors and work orders
- Insurance renewals and claims
- Levies, arrears and financial administration
- Compliance and legislative requirements
- Council of Owners communication
- Major works and facilities management support
- Monitoring outstanding matters and ensuring everything gets followed through

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:

- Experience in Strata or Property Management is essential.




- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with owners, contractors and stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and excellent at following things through.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Professional, personable and customer-focused.
- Keen to learn, grow and develop their strata career.
