About the Role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne's North, working out of our Northcote clinic and in the community.
You'll deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed therapy to NDIS participants across home, school, clinic and community settings. Open to both full-time and part-time.
We welcome applications from:
- Early career clinicians wanting to build breadth across settings and presentations
- Experienced OTs after flexibility, genuine collaboration, and room to keep developing
Whichever stage you're at, your caseload, supervision structure and remuneration will be set to match your experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver functional, person-centred OT services
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants toward meaningful goals and greater independence
- Work with families,
carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Manage a varied caseload across community and clinic
- Take part in regular supervision, peer collaboration and professional development

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
