Melbourne - Western Suburbs | English Teacher (Years 7-8) | Term 1, 2027
Are you ready to plan your next move?
AndFound Educate is currently partnering with a new government co-educational secondary college in Melbourne's outer-west to appoint an English Teacher (Years 7-8).
This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-current school community from the ground up helping to shape curriculum, culture and learning in one of Melbourne's fastest-growing residential corridors.
About the School
This is a brand-new Victorian Government secondary college in Melbourne's outer-west, opened in 2026 with its first cohort of Year 7 students and growing by one year level each year until it becomes a full Years 7 to 12 college by 2031.
The school is a Supported Inclusion School, which means it operates as a mainstream secondary setting with additional facilities and supports for students with disability built in from the ground up. Teaching here is high-quality, explicit and inclusive - the school has a shared instructional model, evidence-based pedagogy and a strong commitment to professional learning and coaching for all staff.
The school's culture is built around high expectations, genuine inclusion and a belief that every student deserves to be known, challenged and supported. Staff here are part of something still taking shape - which means real input, real ownership and the chance to help define what this school becomes.
