This building company has established their brand across the Sydney Metro for over a decade. They are building an even split of project homes and knock-down-rebuild / custom homes.

The role will work within the estimating team of a couple other Estimators. The successful candidate will be hands-on production estimating for KDR and custom built homes.

As the Estimator, you will be responsible for:

- Custom homes production estimating
- BOQs
- Procurement, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Databuild
- System set up for future works and set up processes
- ETS management
- Solving elevated issues and collaborating with the Director

To be considered for the position of Estimator you will require:

- Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background
- Experience pricing and delivering custom homes




- Excellent communication skills
- Experience negotiating rates
- Good understanding of margins
- Ability to work Monday to Friday in an office and committing to a full-time role.
