We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administration Officer to join a growing and supportive team. This is a full time casual opportunity offering consistent weekday hours and the chance to build valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, supporting inventory processes, and coordinating the delivery of essential medical consumables.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and resolving customer service enquiries within KPI timeframes

- Liaising with customers to resolve inventory and receiving issues

- Handling transport-related enquiries

- Coordinating time-critical deliveries of medical consumables

- Performing daily administrative duties including data entry and reporting

- Scheduling inbound deliveries with external suppliers





- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and suppliers

Skills & experience:

- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration is desirable, but not essential (full training provided)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
