About the Company:

Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the health care field specializing in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

We are currently seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist a male client with a spinal cord injury based in Birtinya. You will be responsible for assisting with domestic tasks, attending appointments, therapies, gym outings, community access and meal preparation.

Shifts available:

- Monday - 11am - 3pm
- Wednesday - 12pm - 4pm
- Thursday - 12pm - 4.30pm

Rates:
Day - $38.75 per hour

Skills & Experience

- Australian Driver's License
- Certificate 3 in Individual Support minimum requirement
- Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
- First Aid and CPR
- Current Blue Card
- Current Yellow Card
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Support effective communication module
