Restorative Health Clinic Part time Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable, personable and professional medical receptionist to join the team at Restorative Health Clinic.

About the Role:

Restorative Health Clinic is a nurse practitioner led and founded sexual health clinic that offers specialised treatment for patients recovering from prostate, breast or any other pelvic cancer treatments. Our team of experienced nurse practitioners and clinical psychologist cultivate a safe and secure environment for our patients to help our patients through intimate issues such as; Erectile Dysfunction, Penile Rehabilitation, Peyronie’s Disease, Premature Ejaculation, Dyspareunia, Menopause and Libido issues.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a significant role in their journey with us.

What you will do:

- Welcoming patients and providing excellent and compassionate customer service.

- Monitoring phone calls liaising with multiple external stakeholders; patients and other healthcare professionals.





- Managing patient appointments.

- Processing payments and Medicare claims.

- General administrative and reception duties as required.

- Liaising with our team of Nurse Practitioners.

- Data entry

- Provide cover for holiday, sick and annual leave as required.

Selection Criteria:

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Computer literacy with Microsoft programs

- Knowledge of medical terminology (desired)

- History of medical practice management database experience (desired)
