About the Role

We're looking for a Business Support Officer - Sustainability & Waste to provide administrative, customer service and project support to the Town's Waste and Sustainability service area.

Working closely with the Coordinator Sustainability & Waste, you'll support the delivery of waste and sustainability programs, manage customer enquiries, maintain records and systems, coordinate communications, and assist with community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

- Provide business and administrative support across waste and sustainability services.

- Respond to customer enquiries and service requests.

- Maintain records, databases and reporting information.

- Support waste audits, data collection and service monitoring.

About you

You're organised, proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build positive relationships.

You'll bring:

- Strong administration and customer service experience.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems.

- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

- Experience in administration, business support or customer service.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn current systems.

- C Class Driver's Licence.

- Experience supporting projects, community programs or sustainability initiatives is desirable.
