We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Victoria and South Australia, winning new business while building strong relationships with existing customers.

Working across commercial, mining, agricultural, industrial and construction sectors, you’ll be out in the market building connections, understanding customer needs and turning opportunities into tailored fire protection and safety solutions. You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close, with the support of an experienced national team.

What you’ll actually be doing

- Identify and win new business across VIC & SA

- Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking and industry connections

- Develop trusted relationships with new and existing customers

- Manage opportunities from first contact through to negotiation and close

- Identify new markets and opportunities for growth





- Maintain an accurate CRM, pipeline and sales forecast

- Deliver individual and regional sales targets

About You

- You’re a commercially driven salesperson who enjoys creating opportunities and building relationships. You’ll bring:

- B2B sales or business development experience

- A track record of winning new business and growing customer relationships

- Strong commercial, communication and negotiation skills

- Confidence prospecting, networking and developing your own pipeline

- CRM experience and good computer literacy

- A current driver’s licence

About the Team
