Maverick Campers is expanding, and with our WA location Wangara, we are growing our team to support the continued growth of the business.

We are looking for a Caravan assembly workers to join our production team. This is a practical, hands-on position involving the assembly and fit-out of caravans and camper trailers.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools and learning new skills. Previous caravan experience is not essential – a good attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team are what we are looking for.

About the Role

You will work alongside our production and workshop team helping with the construction and completion of caravans.

Day-to-day duties may include:

- General caravan assembly and fit-out

- Installing fixtures, fittings and accessories

- Basic 12V wiring and electrical installation

- Using hand and power tools

- Assisting with caravan repairs and modifications

- Fitting internal and external components

- Helping with general workshop duties

- Following instructions and production procedures

- Keeping the workshop clean and organised

- Working as part of a team to complete caravans to a high standard

About You

You don't need to have years of experience or formal qualifications for this role.

We are looking for someone who:

- Enjoys practical, hands-on work

- Is comfortable using basic hand and power tools,



or is willing to learn

- Has an interest in learning 12V electrical work

- Has good attention to detail

- Is reliable and has a good work ethic

- Can follow instructions

- Works well as part of a team

- Takes pride in doing a job properly

- Is willing to learn and develop new skills

Previous experience in caravans, automotive, construction, manufacturing, electrical work or general workshop environments would be an advantage, but is not essential.
