About the Role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our North West team, covering areas like Essendon, Keilor East, Tullamarine and surrounding suburbs.
This role is community-based, working across participants' homes, schools and the community, built around where you live. You can work fully mobile, or hybrid with access to our Northcote office, conveniently close by. Open to full-time and part-time.
You'll be joining a genuinely multidisciplinary team, with colleagues across OT, Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support and other allied health disciplines. Whichever stage you're at, your caseload, supervision structure and remuneration will be matched to your experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver person-centred OT services across home, school, and community settings
- Complete functional assessments and intervention planning
- Support participants with disability, including autism, ADHD,
intellectual disability and global developmental delay
- Work on assistive technology prescription and, depending on interest, mental health-related OT support
- Collaborate with your team and broader multidisciplinary colleagues on complex cases
- Take part in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
