- Turn financial data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.

- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

- Oversee accounting, cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll governance.

- Manage statutory, tax, audit and compliance requirements across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

- Maintain strong financial controls and technical accounting practices, including IFRS and revenue recognition.

- Support investment decisions,

business cases and strategic initiatives.

- Partner with leaders to understand performance drivers, risks and opportunities.

- Improve finance systems, reporting tools and processes.

- Lead and develop a small finance team.

What you’ll bring

- At least five years’ experience in financial management within a corporate, multinational or complex group environment.

- Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario-planning capability.

- Sound technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS, revenue recognition and financial controls.

- Commercial acumen and the ability to translate numbers into practical business decisions.

- Experience presenting financial performance and insights to senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders.

- Strong knowledge of core finance operations and governance.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance systems, reporting tools or BI platforms.

- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to constructively challenge assumptions.

Experience in SaaS, technology, recurring revenue, multi-entity reporting or finance process automation would be highly regarded.
