Salary Range and Features of the Position
$150,000 – $160,000 + super

- Based in in Sydney's leafy, harbourside Drummoyne/Gladesville corridor — cafés, parks and river views on the doorstep
- Senior, largely autonomous role with genuine scope to build and run the practice area

The Role

We're recruiting an experienced Solicitor (ideally 10+ years PAE) to run a combined wills & estates and commercial law practiceYou'll carry your own file load across estate planning, probate and contested estates, alongside commercial matters spanning business sales, leasing and franchise work. This is a senior, largely autonomous role for a practitioner who wants to build and own a practice area rather than service someone else's files.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Drafting wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianship documents, and advising on estate planning strategy
- Acting on probate and Letters of Administration applications, and running contested wills and family provision claims through the NSW Supreme Court
- Advising on business sales and purchases, commercial leasing (landlord and tenant),



franchise agreements and general commercial transactions
- Building direct relationships with clients and referrers, with real scope to grow the practice area

About You

- 8-10+ years PAE with strong experience across wills & estates and commercial law
- Comfortable running probate, contested estates and commercial transactional/advisory work with minimal supervision
- NSW admission, with the credibility to build client and referrer relationships independently
- A collaborative, client-first mindset suited to a boutique, partner-led firm
