About the role

Avocado Zinc is a growing online sunscreen brand looking for a Pick & Packer to join the team. This role is primarily focused on picking and packing online orders, but you'll also help with customer service and social media content when needed.

Key responsibilities

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Preparing parcels for daily dispatch

- Receiving, organising and replenishing stock

- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised

- Assisting with stock counts and inventory management

- Helping respond to customer enquiries via email and social media

- Assisting the wider team with day-to-day tasks

- Occasionally appearing in or helping create TikTok and social media content for Avocado Zinc

About you





- Reliable, punctual and has a great work ethic

- Organised and pays attention to detail

- Works well independently and as part of a small team

- Comfortable with repetitive, physical warehouse tasks

- Positive, can-do attitude and happy to pitch in wherever needed

- Valuable written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems

- Comfortable being featured in TikToks/social content

- Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
