Requirements
We are looking for individuals with over 3 years' experience working with high-quality product and in a high-volume environment.
- Passionate about food and beverage products
- Experience in high volume, quick paced environments
- (For waiters) Proven service skills including guest engagement, section management & mise en place
- (For bartenders) Strong cocktail knowledge and exposure to preparation and pre-batching
