About REGEN

REGEN is a current private longevity and peak-performance club being developed in the Sydney CBD, targeting an opening in January 2027.

Combining advanced recovery technology, health insights and premium hospitality, REGEN will provide services including cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, red-light therapy, sauna, thermal bathing, float therapy, compression, massage, body scanning and clinician-led treatments.

REGEN is not a traditional gym, medical clinic or day spa. It is being designed for executives, professionals and people who want to perform, recover and age better.

The doors have not opened yet. The fitout, equipment, systems, operating procedures, membership base and team are all currently being developed.

We are looking for the person who can bring these elements together and turn the concept into an exceptional operating club.

The opportunity

The Founding Club Manager will be REGEN’s first senior operational appointment.

You will work directly with the Founder during the pre-opening period and take ownership of launch planning, systems, staffing, founding memberships, training and operational readiness.

You will not be inheriting an established team or finished operating manual. You will help build both.

Once the club opens, you will lead its daily operation, commercial performance, people and member experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys building, solving problems and taking genuine ownership.

Before opening, you will

- Create and manage the complete pre-opening plan.

- Provide operational input into the club layout, equipment placement and member flow.

- Coordinate operational requirements with designers, contractors, suppliers and equipment providers.

- Implement membership, booking, payment, reporting and communication systems.

- Help develop the membership structure, founding-member offer and launch campaign.

- Lead founding-member acquisition and corporate partnerships with direct support from the Founder.

- Design the complete member journey,



from first enquiry and onboarding through to ongoing progress reviews.

- Recruit, roster and train nurses, member-experience staff and operational support.

- Develop operating procedures, service standards, safety processes and opening checklists.

- Coordinate equipment commissioning, staff training and operational testing.

- Conduct full rehearsals of every member experience before opening.

- Ensure the club is commercially and operationally ready to receive members.

Once open, you will

- Lead the daily operation of a premium, multi-service wellness club.

- Deliver a highly personalised and consistent member experience.

- Own membership sales, retention, engagement and revenue performance.

- Manage staffing, rostering, training, payroll controls and team performance.

- Oversee budgets, expenses, suppliers and management reporting.

- Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and service standards.

- Work closely with nurses, clinical advisers and external providers.

- Ensure privacy, safety, consent and compliance requirements are followed.

- Monitor equipment performance, maintenance and service availability.

- Resolve member concerns quickly, professionally and discreetly.

- Build a strong club culture and genuine member community.

- Report performance, risks and opportunities directly to the Founder.

About you

You are commercially capable, highly organised and naturally good with people.

You understand that luxury is created through attention, consistency and anticipation—not simply expensive finishes.

You will ideally have:

- At least five years’ experience in senior club, venue or operations management.





- Experience in premium wellness, private clubs, luxury hospitality, boutique fitness, allied health or a comparable member-based business.

- Previous involvement in opening a new venue, club or business.

- Demonstrated responsibility for revenue, budgets, staffing and operating results.

- Strong membership sales, retention and relationship-management experience.

- Experience creating procedures and bringing structure to a growing operation.

- Confidence implementing booking, payment and reporting systems.

- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.

- The ability to remain calm and accountable in a fast-moving pre-opening environment.

- Full Australian working rights.

A clinical qualification is not required. Experience working with clinicians or within a regulated health or wellness environment would be advantageous.

This is an on-site role requiring some early mornings, evenings and weekends, particularly around launch and during the club’s establishment period.

Remuneration and benefits

- Base salary of up to $100,000, depending on experience.

- Up to $20,000 first-year performance bonus, linked to opening readiness, membership growth, member retention, service quality and budget performance.

- Complimentary REGEN membership in accordance with the staff membership policy.
