ROLE SUMMARY

The main responsibilities for the gardener/maintenance/labourer will be completing general grounds/landscape maintenance in the Bayside area with duties including but not limited to:

- weeding, mulching, planting and general maintenance,

- mowing and whipper snipping,

- planting and staking trees,

- maintaining watering schedules as required,

- work as part of a team and take direction,

- litter collection,

- any other maintenance duties as required,

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Excellent communication skills,

- Ability to perform all assigned tasks and meet deadlines,

- Be physically fit and able to conduct manual tasks,

- Awareness of working around vehicles and traffic,

- Motivated and self-driven,

- Valid Full Victorian driver's licence (manual licence advantageous),

- Knowledge and experience with all aspects of gardening and maintenance,

- Proactive and reliable,

- MR/HR Licence highly advantageous,

- White Card essential.
