Join a growing national business supplying automotive parts to the mining industry as a Customer Care Officer, taking ownership of customer orders from purchase order through to on-time delivery.

Based in Canning Vale, this is an initial 3-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent full-time position. Working from 7am – 3pm within a close-knit Customer Care team, you will work closely with Sales, Warehouse and Supply Chain to ensure customers receive their orders on time and receive a high level of service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer orders from purchase order through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and meeting promised delivery dates.
- Process sales orders, check pricing and customer requirements, and manage any changes or issues.
- Monitor orders for potential delays and work with Supply Chain and Warehouse to resolve issues, including chasing suppliers, sourcing alternatives and expediting deliveries.
- Manage customer enquiries through a shared inbox, taking ownership of issues and keeping customers informed.

Key Requirements:





- 1–2 years' experience in customer service, order processing or a similar role.
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and pricing.
- A genuine customer-first approach with the ability to take ownership and solve problems.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience with MYOB Exo or similar systems would be advantageous.
