We are currently on the hunt for a skilled Electrician who is seeking a career change, and is eager to expand their skill set to learn rail grinding as a Machine Operator/Maintainer for our Perth Operations, working on multi-million-dollar rail grinding trains and vehicles.

The Role:

This exciting opportunity involves both day and predominantly night shifts, offering a unique role in the Rail sector, with only minimal use of trade qualification when maintenance of the machine is required.

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic team players with a solid work ethic, the right abilities, and a positive attitude to succeed and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain rail grinding machines and equipment.

- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets safely and efficiently.





- Follow all safety protocols and company values.

- Complete tasks as per instructions to a high standard of quality.

Requirements:

- Trade Qualified WA Electrician.

- Current WA A Grade Electrical licence.

- Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to the company's values.

- Ability to meet production goals safely and efficiently.

- Valid C class manual driver’s licence.

- Strong communication skills.

- Physically fit and able to meet Category 1 medical requirements (including full colour vision).

- 100% commitment to safety.

Desirable but not essential:

- HR licence.

- First Aid.

- Previous rail experience.
