The Role

This role will have you involved in the full function payroll process, undertake payroll compliance functions and take ownership of your role to deliver results both accurately and in a timely manner.

Working within an established team, taking ownership of the organisation's salaried payroll your duties will include:

- Processing payroll
- Resolving all payroll, employees and HR enquires
- Payroll compliance functions - superannuation, PAYG, Tax
- Understanding and interpretation of relevant EBAs & awards
- Assist in month end and year end reconciliations
- Preparing & reporting monthly payroll & HR Reports

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous large volume payroll experience
- Ability to interpret EBAs and awards
- Previous experience handling tax and superannuation matters




- Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines
- Robust reconciliation ability
- High attention to detail
- Customer service orientation

Previous experience with SAP and/or UKG time and attendance systems will be highly regarded.
