Undertaking this 24-month traineeship will give you the opportunity to complete both your BSB30120 Certificate III in Business and BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership Management – all while getting paid!
Job Details
The key responsibilities are:
- Answering and responding to phone and email internal sales
- Processing current and outstanding orders
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Liaising and communicating with the internal procurement team to achieve customer deliveries
- Managing sales questions from customers to secure new orders
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide support
- Prioritising and effectively managing time
- Assisting customers in solving problems with installed equipment
- Ensuring workplace health and safety requirements are met

About You
- The desire to learn and a positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Physically fit to assist with store work as required
- Ability to perform manual handling duties, including frequent lifting of up to 15kgs
- Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and methodical approach
- Thrive working in a fast-paced team workplace
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Forklift licence would be advantageous but not essential
