About the Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team on a 6-month fixed-term contract based at our Enfield head office.
Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, this role will support the day-to-day supply planning activities across our Enfield (NSW) and Moorooka (QLD) flour mills, ensuring product availability, inventory optimisation and effective production scheduling to meet customer demand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain achievable production and supply plans.
- Publish and manage weekly production schedules.
- Ensure product and material availability to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage product obsolescence and shelf-life risks.
- Maintain planning master data and support the accuracy of system-generated supply plans.
- Prepare and analyse planning reports to support operational decision making.
About You
We're looking for a practical and organised Supply Planner with strong SAP and Excel skills who can confidently manage day-to-day planning activities, balance inventory requirements and support operational performance across multiple sites.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in a Supply Planning role.
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Robust Excel skills and confidence working with planning reports and data.
- Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
- Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded.
