About the role

Euroline Auto Service is seeking a highly experienced, reliable and skilled Motor Mechanic to join our professional workshop team. The role involves diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle faults, performing servicing and maintenance, and completing repairs to a high professional standard.

Key responsibilities

- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and specialised tools.

- Inspect engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, cooling and other mechanical systems.

- Perform logbook servicing, scheduled maintenance, minor services and major services.

- Repair or replace worn, damaged and defective vehicle components.

- Complete engine, transmission, clutch, brake, suspension and cooling-system repairs.

- Use scan tools to identify faults, interpret diagnostic trouble codes and confirm completed repairs.

- Test and adjust repaired systems to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently.

- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance or repair requirements.

- Interpret technical information, manufacturer specifications and service manuals.

- Maintain detailed service, diagnostic, inspection and repair records.

About you

- Relevant automotive mechanical qualification,



or an equivalent qualification.

- Extensive qualified experience working as a Motor Mechanic.

- Strong experience in advanced vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs and scheduled servicing.

- Proven ability to independently identify faults and complete complex repairs.

- Strong knowledge of petrol and diesel engines and modern vehicle systems.

- High level of competency in using electronic diagnostic equipment, scan tools and workshop machinery.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

- Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional workshop team.

- Current Australian driver's licence.
