The Prospect

At Community Collective Australia, you’ll represent nationally recognised brands and not-for-profit organisations through face-to-face residential and B2B sales campaigns.

You’ll receive full training, ongoing coaching and support from leaders who started in the same position.

No previous sales experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Receive

- $32.50–$35.00 per hour + Super

- Bonuses and uncapped commissions

- Realistic first-year OTE of $70K–$120K+

Choose Your Path

Melbourne Opportunities

Work Monday to Friday across residential and B2B campaigns throughout Melbourne while developing valuable sales, communication and leadership skills.

Travel Opportunities — Limited Positions

Our Travel Team spends approximately four weeks every two months working in different locations throughout Australia.

Travel Team members receive:

- Flights and accommodation

- Casual employment with full-time hours

- Ongoing coaching and mentoring

- Opportunities for faster career progression

Applicants must be based in Melbourne or willing to relocate before joining. Travel opportunities are offered according to performance and business requirements.

You Don’t Need Sales Experience

Some of our highest-performing people came from hospitality, retail, fitness, events, trades and customer service.

Previous sales experience is welcomed, but it isn’t essential. If you’re confident with people, motivated by results and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
