In providing all facets of administrative support to these Partners, you will be a key part of the overall success of the practice and work on both high-end advice and litigation matters within the highly interesting and challenging area of Employment Law.

The Partners have specified this opportunity is for a career Legal Assistant looking to invest their career within the team long-term, and is not suited to law students or graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and manage legal documents, including advice and court documents
- Liaise with clients, Fair Work, Tribunals and Court personnel
- File reviews, timesheet entry and monthly billilng
- Monitoring deadlines
- Diary and email management,



including travel and accommodation arrangements

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant within a private practice law firm, no less than 3 years and ideally with exposure to litigation
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- A proactive and mature approach to work
