We’re always on the lookout for talented Section Waiters and Bartenders to join our team — whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or someone ready to take the next step in your career.

Key responsibilities include:

As a Section Waiter, you’ll:

- Deliver warm, knowledgeable and attentive service to our guests
- Take ownership of your section and create a seamless dining experience
- Know your menu inside and out and confidently talk guests through dishes and recommendations
- Work closely with the kitchen and wider FOH team to keep service running smoothly
- Bring energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift

As a Bartender, you’ll:

- Create exceptional cocktails, drinks and guest experiences
- Deliver fast, friendly and knowledgeable service behind the bar
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and consistency
- Work as part of a high-performing team during busy services
- Bring your personality and passion to every interaction

What we are looking for:

- Have previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment




- Love hospitality and genuinely enjoy looking after people
- Have great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
