With over 30 years industry experience, this company has established themselves as one of Australia's leading specialist Design & Construct builders in the commercial space.

Specialising in the design and delivery of fitout, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects, their national delivery portfolio includes commercial workplace, hotels/pubs & clubs, universities, specialist medical, and government sectors.

This group's QLD business has successfully delivered repeat work on behalf of institutional clients including ALH, Charter Hall, Ramsay Health, Brisbane Airport Corp, UQ, Accor Hotels, Scentre Group, Vicinity Centres, GPT, Stockland, Aus Venue Co, and various State & Federal Government bodies.

The Role:

As Junior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to managed the delivery of your own projects, while assisting the QLD Delivery Team on larger works. In doing so, you will be engaged throughout the Preconstruction, Design, and Project Planning phases, ensuring each client's specific requirements are understood and translated during the delivery of projects.

This will include developing scopes of work, programmes, and methodologies,



then taking projects from procurement through to delivery (with on-site SM), acting as point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

This position will come with a directly progression pathway into a Project Management role, with Senior Leadership providing skilled mentorship programs inline with your short-term and long-term preferences.

Reporting to: Construction Manager / Senior Project Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Construction, Architecture, Design, or Project Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a CA, PC, or PE capacity assisting with the delivery of commercial fitout/refurbishment/construction projects valued up to 3mil- D&C; experience is preferable (or similar).
- Strong understanding of the associated design/D&C;, fitout, refurbishment methodologies in live environments, as well as commercial contract management and procurement functions.
