Are you an experienced Senior Stylist looking for more than just another salon?

IZAMÉ Hair is opening October and we're creating something different. We're building a boutique salon where exceptional craftsmanship and genuine human connection come together, creating an experience where every client feels welcome, valued and completely themselves.

We're looking for a Founding Senior Stylist to join us as we open our brand-current salon in Manly West.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, influence the client experience and grow alongside a business with exciting long-term ambitions.

About the Role

Beautiful BRAND NEW salon

No rushed, conveyor belt hairdressing

- Permanent Part-Time

- Approximately 21 hours per week

- Either:

- Friday, Saturday & Sunday, or

- Saturday, Sunday & Monday

- Approximately 9.00 am to 4.00 pm

- $49,000 per annum plus superannuation

About You

You'll have:

- At least 5 years' experience as a qualified Senior Stylist following completion of your apprenticeship.

- Strong cutting, colouring and styling skills.

- A genuine passion for building lasting relationships with clients.

- A warm, positive personality and a collaborative approach.

- A commitment to continually learning, refining your craft and staying current with industry trends.

- Pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences every single day.





An existing client following will be highly regarded, but we're ultimately looking for someone whose values and personality align with ours.
