Taking full ownership of your IP litigation practice acting for blue-chip local/international clients to resolve their IP disputes-pursuing+ defending proceedings for infringement/invalidity/passing off/misleading and deceptive conduct in respect of patents, designs, trademarks, copyright;
Leading/mentoring junior lawyers;
Partaking in strategic business development/marketing initiatives.
