Are you a night owl with a sharp eye for detail?
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations while delivering exceptional guest service. This role is key to ensuring accurate reporting, smooth front desk operations, and a secure, welcoming setting overnight.
Support the Night Manager with daily financial reconciliations and auditing tasks
Maintain guest accounts and process check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately
Prepare and distribute reports to relevant departments
Manage reservation updates and ensure all guest details are accurately recorded
Uphold safety and confidentiality by following strict overnight security procedures
Step into Night Manager duties when required
