About the role
This full-time Construction Supervisor role with Geraldton Building Services & Cabinets Pty Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to join an established construction company in Geraldton, WA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all in office construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing
Supervising and directing construction crews to complete projects efficiently and safely
Coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and labour to construction sites




Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on schedule
Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Providing progress reports to project managers and clients
Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve any problems
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-saving measures

What we're looking for
Experience (Min 1 year) as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage crews and liaise with clients
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints
Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards
Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
Current C Class Drivers Licence
Diploma in Building and Construction (desirable)
