We are looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef/ COOK to join our fast-growing hospitality group. Key responsibilities
Lead and guide a kitchen team with passion, creativity, and strong leadership skills
Manage kitchen operations in a senior kitchen role
Work with Mediterranean cooking and global cuisine influences

About you
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role as a cook
Culinary diploma or professional cooking qualification




Minimum 4 years of hands-on kitchen experience
Solid background in Mediterranean cooking with an open approach to global influences
Knowledge of gluten-free and vegan cuisine (highly valued)
