Auto Masters is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and drive performance across our Gold Coast franchise network.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with the franchisee and store managers to improve results, maintain high standards, and support business growth across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing:
Work closely with franchisee, managers and technicians to lift performance and profitability
Monitor and improve sales, KPIs and overall operations
Uphold high standards in workmanship, presentation and customer experience
Ensure compliance with audits, safety requirements and operational procedures
Contribute to hiring, onboarding and team development
Develop and maintain robust supplier partnerships

About you:
Qualified mechanic with solid automotive industry experience
Background in managing multiple sites or locations




Solid understanding of business performance and financial drivers
Effective leader with the ability to coach and develop teams
Practical, proactive and customer-focused approach
