The impact you’ll make:
Own the day-to-day coordination of employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, attendance, grievances and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate a portfolio of recruitment, onboarding and employee movements to maintain workforce coverage and support operational performance.
Partner with leaders on performance, attendance and behaviour matters, providing practical advice that is fair, consistent and aligned with company processes.
Manage and document workplace investigations and disciplinary matters, ensuring decisions are well supported, recorded and applied consistently.
Deliver People & Culture initiatives and site communications that keep team members informed, supported and connected.
Maintain accurate employee data and records across relevant systems, providing reliable reporting, trend insights and support to site leadership.
