MNI Electrospark All Trade Services employs over 100 staff and delivers end-to-end maintenance and repairs across social housing portfolios. We're expanding into South Australia and building a local trades team to service South Australian Housing Trust properties across the Western Metropolitan contract area — Charles Sturt, West Torrens, Port Adelaide Enfield and surrounds.

This is reactive maintenance and vacant restoration work on houses, units and townhouses. It's diverse, it's local, and it doesn't dry up when construction slows.

What we offer
$90,000 – $115,000 depending on experience
Fully maintained vehicle, fuel card, , uniform and PPE
Overtime rates and an on-call allowance
Paid weekly as a permanent employee — no subcontractor invoicing
Consistent work within a defined western metro run — home every night
Support to get your SA registration sorted if you're relocating from interstate

About you
Certificate III in Roof Plumbing, or Certificate III in Plumbing (Roofing)
CBS plumbing worker registration with roof plumbing class — or eligibility to transfer an interstate registration under mutual recognition (we'll help with the process)




Minimum 2 years in residential roof plumbing maintenance and repairs
Sound working knowledge of AS/NZS 3500.3 and roof plumbing compliance requirements
Confident diagnosing leaks and working across older housing stock

Working at Heights
Asbestos Awareness (much of the portfolio is older stock — this is a genuine day-to-day requirement)
Current SA driver's licence
National Police Certificate issued within the last 12 months
EWP ticket advantageous

Day to day
Leak detection, diagnosis and repair across metal roofing and cladding systems
Repair and replacement of gutters, downpipes, flashings, valleys and roof drainage
Storm and make-secure response
Roof and wall cladding repairs and sheet replacement
Vacant property restoration works
Completing job documentation and photo evidence on a mobile device before leaving site
Attending scheduled and reactive service calls across residential properties

Hours
Monday to Friday, with a rostered on-call weekend roster.
