Multi Trade Handyperson – Social Housing Maintenance | Western Adelaide

MNI Electrospark All Trade Services employs over 100 staff delivering end-to-end maintenance and repairs across social housing portfolios. We're expanding into South Australia and building a local trades team servicing South Australian Housing Trust properties across the Western Metropolitan contract area — Charles Sturt, West Torrens, Port Adelaide Enfield and surrounds.

This is reactive maintenance and vacant restoration on houses, units and townhouses. Most jobs are small, most days you'll transparent several, and the work doesn't dry up when construction slows.

Day to day
Door, lock, hinge and window hardware repairs and replacement
Plasterboard patching, cornice repair, minor rendering and make-valuable
Carpentry repairs — skirting, architraves, decking boards, fencing, gates




Hanging and adjusting doors, installing handrails and grab rails
Painting, patching and touch-ups
Tiling repairs, silicone and grout renewal
Flat-pack and fixture installation, blinds, curtain tracks
Guttering clean-outs and minor external repairs
Vacant property restoration and make-secure attendances
Photographing and closing out each job on a mobile device before leaving site

Hours
Monday to Friday, with a rostered on-call weekend
