About the role

Dale James & Co' is seeking an experienced senior hairstylist to join our team in our South Perth, WA 6151 salon. In this casual/ part-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, styling, and treatments to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional hairstyling services to clients, including cutting, colouring, and treatment applications
Offering personalised hair and scalp consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure a qualified and hygienic environment
Proactively recommending and selling hair care products to clients to support their hair goals
Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
Mentoring and training junior stylists to develop their skills and expertise

What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience as a senior hairstylist in a reputable salon
Proven expertise in a wide range of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients




Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a busy client schedule
Relevant hairdressing qualifications and certifications
