About the Role

You'll sit at the heart of project delivery, partnering with Project Managers to manage the contracts, budgets, forecasts, variations and reporting that keep projects on track. It's a role for someone who thrives on detail, takes ownership and wants to play a key part in delivering exceptional project outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
Preparing, issuing and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts and variations
Creating and maintaining project budgets, forecasts and costing summaries
Ensuring invoices are logged, coded and approved on time, every time
Supporting Project Managers with permits, reporting and site administration
Supporting Project Managers with compliance and risk management
Building robust,



skilled relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in contract administration within construction (commercial experience preferred)
Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills
Confident negotiator with excellent organisational and communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Procore or similar project management software
Relevant tertiary qualification highly regarded
